Welcome to your monthly construction update. Traders In Purple is pleased to share the latest developments for Lighthouse Dune.

In April, foundation works were well underway. We saw the crane base footings poured in preparation for the tower erection along with piling works nearing completion. Pile deheading and pile trimming works are continuing, alongside ongoing hydraulic services.

Throughout May, the project is gearing up for another major milestone with the second tower crane scheduled for erection in late May. Detailed excavation will commence, and foundation works will continue including pile trimming, capping, footings, ground beams and inground services.
