Welcome to your monthly construction update. Traders In Purple is pleased to share the latest developments for Lighthouse Dune.

In July, construction activity continued to progress across Level 1. In the first and second pour areas, the concrete footings and ground beams have now been completed. Steel reinforcement is also complete in the first area, with reinforcement to the footings in the second area nearing completion.

In the third pour area, in-ground hydraulic services are nearing completion, while detailed excavation and trimming of the completed piles are continuing in preparation for the next stage of structural works.

In August, works will focus on completing the remaining below-ground structural works, along with the hydraulic and electrical services. Construction of the Level 1 concrete slab will commence, followed by formwork and steel reinforcement for the Level 1 columns and walls. Installation of the Level 1 precast elements is also scheduled to begin.
