Welcome to your monthly construction update. Traders In Purple is pleased to share the latest developments for Lighthouse Dune.

Last month significant progress was made on site, with the erection of Stage 2 Crane marking a major construction milestone which will support further works across the development. We also saw piling activities completed, providing the foundation for the next stages of construction.

Throughout June, the construction team continued with preparation for ground slab pours, with in-ground services continuing and detailed excavation works completed. Pile trimming has commenced in preparation for upcoming structural works. The structural walls have commenced for the lift core.

The boardwalk area reached an important milestone last month, with the slab on ground and blockwork retaining walls now complete. These works help establish the boardwalk’s structural foundation and represent another key step forward in the delivery of this feature within the development.
