Welcome to your monthly construction update. Traders In Purple is pleased to share the latest developments for Lighthouse Dune.

In March, the on-site sales display was demolished, allowing bulk earthworks to commence across the site, including the boardwalk area. The construction site offices will shortly be relocated, creating space for ongoing construction activities.

Piling works have continued to progress, alongside the commencement of inground services and detailed excavation works. The crane base has also been installed, marking an exciting construction milestone.

Looking ahead to April, works will continue to build momentum with continuation of piling, pile trimming, pouring of the lift footings and crane footings. Screw piles to the boardwalk area will be completed, along with finalising the pile pad in the area previously occupied by the sales display. We will also see the commencement of slab on ground preparation in parallel with hydraulic inground services.
