Welcome to your monthly construction update. Traders In Purple is pleased to share the latest developments for Lighthouse Palm.

In April, great progress was made with majority of slab on ground pours completed, with pour 6 nearing completion. The balance of the inground services is complete, as well as the inground stormwater system on the southern boundary. The Level 1 structural columns continue to be formed, these columns will support the upper floors and is a key part of the building’s structural frame. Blockwork walls also continue to advance on Level 1.

The perimeter scaffolding has commenced along the southern boundary in preparation for vertical structure.

Looking ahead to the remainder of May and into June, we anticipate formwork to begin on Level 2 to support the commencement of suspended slabs.
