Welcome to your monthly construction update. Traders In Purple is pleased to share the latest developments for Lighthouse Palm.

In May, significant progress was achieved across the structure, with the scaffold completed on both Level 2 and Level 3. Pours continued across the lower levels, along with formwork, reinforcement, post-tensioning works, and all associated in-slab electrical and hydraulic services.

Throughout June, Level 2 suspended slabs and associated in-slab services progressed well. Construction has commenced on Level 2 to Level 3 precast walls, cores, and columns, which will play a key role in supporting the building’s vertical structure along with blockwork activities.
