Lighthouse Newport – Illuminated Waterfront Living

Traders In Purple is pleased to share the latest developments for Lighthouse Palm.

In February we saw the installation of the Stage 1 crane, this is an exciting milestone and will play a key role in supporting the construction as works begin to move upward.

The site team also completed the first slab on ground pour, establishing the building’s structural base. Progress has continued within the core of the building, with the lift starter walls now completed. Inground services and structure works have also progressed.

Works on the marina have reached an exciting milestone, with the marina pontoons and pontoon fingers now completed, bringing the waterfront component of the developer closer to completion.

Looking ahead to March, the site team will focus on the remaining inground services while progressing the building structure with the ground level post-tension slabs and remaining slabs on ground. We also anticipate Energex to install and energise the pad-mount transformer, which will deliver permanent power to the site. As the structure continues to take shape, scaffolding will begin to be installed and works will commence on the suspended formwork, allowing construction of the upper levels to begin.

The on-site sales display has now closed and will be demolished to make way for piling activities to continue. We anticipate the new Lighthouse Sales Display at the Newport Marketplace will open Saturday 27 March.
