Traders In Purple is pleased to share the latest developments for Lighthouse Palm.

Throughout September, construction continued to progress steadily across site, with significant structural milestones achieved throughout as the building continues to take shape.

Scaffolding is now reaching Level 6 and all Level 5 slab pours have been completed. Suspended slab works are currently underway on Level 6, while vertical structural works have progressed through Levels 4 and 5.

The installation of the distinctive precast butterfly elements have also advanced to Level 6, further defining the building’s architectural character. Internally, high-level services and party wall installation are progressing across Levels 1 and 2, with internal wall framing having now commenced within the Level 1 apartments and townhouses.

Looking ahead to the remainder of October, glazing and external cladding works are anticipated to commence shortly, marking an exciting next phase as the building’s external appearance begins to take shape.
