Lighthouse Newport – Illuminated Waterfront Living

Welcome to your monthly construction update. Traders In Purple is pleased to share the latest developments for Lighthouse Palm.

In July, construction continued to make good progress across the site. The Level 2 suspended concrete slabs have now been poured, with formwork and reinforcement works progressing on Level 3. Essential services installation has been completed through to Level 2, while the columns, lift and stair cores between Levels 2 and 3 have also been completed. Perimeter scaffolding is now in place through to Level 4.

In August, the construction team will commence concrete slab pours to Level 3. There are a total of six slab pour sections that make up the full floorplate. Formwork and services will continue up the building.
