Lighthouse Newport – Illuminated Waterfront Living

Traders In Purple is pleased to share the latest developments for Lighthouse Dune.

Stage 2 is well underway, with strong progress made over the past month. The site team have commenced piling works with 110 piles installed to date, marking a significant step in establishing the structural foundations of the project. In parallel, pile trimming has also begun in preparation for the next stage of construction.

Activity on site will continue to build in momentum. The on-site sales display has now closed and will be demolished to make way for piling activities to continue. We anticipate the new Lighthouse Sales Display at the Newport Marketplace will open Friday 27 March. We welcome you to visit our new sales display where your friendly sales consultant will be located.

Looking ahead to March, piling works will continue alongside commencement of inground services and detailed excavation. We will also see the installation of the crane base which will support the next phase of construction.
