Welcome to your monthly construction update. Traders In Purple is pleased to share the latest developments for Lighthouse Palm.

In March, a number of key milestones were achieved to support the structure as it begins to take shape. Energex successfully attended site to place the pad mount transformer, while essential inground fire services, plumbing and drainage works were completed across multiple slab pour areas. Pile trimming has now been finalised, and preparation works for slabs on ground across Pours 2 through 4 have progressed, including post-tension zones.

Above ground, we have seen the early stages of vertical construction begin, with in-situ columns beginning to be poured – exciting indicators of the building starting to rise.

Looking ahead to April, the momentum continues as the construction team work towards pouring ground slabs, and progressing column pours. The hydraulic inground works will also be finalised across Level 1 slab zones.
